Refund Policy
1 Pricing
The prices of content on Aves Digital Academy are determined based on our internal policies and market conditions. Prices on the website may vary from those on our mobile or TV applications due to different platform providers' pricing systems and policies around sales and promotions. Promotions and sales are periodically offered, and the price at checkout is final. Prices may differ for logged-in users and new users due to targeted promotions. Currency for listed prices is based on the user's location at account creation or current location if not logged in. Taxes such as sales tax, goods and services tax, or value-added tax may be included in the price or added at checkout, depending on the user's location.
2 Payments
Users agree to pay the fees for content purchases using valid payment methods, which may include debit or credit cards, Boleto, SEPA, direct debit, or mobile wallets. Aves Digital Academy works with payment service providers to ensure secure payment methods and may update your payment methods based on information from these providers. Using an invalid or unauthorized payment method is prohibited. If a payment method fails, users must pay the corresponding fees within 30 days of notification. Aves Digital Academy reserves the right to disable access to content if payment is not received.
3 Refunds and Refund Credits
If the content purchased does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. This policy does not apply to Subscription Plan purchases. Refunds may be issued as refund credits or to the original payment method, depending on various factors such as payment provider capabilities and purchase platform. Refunds are not available after the 30-day period, except if content is disabled for legal or policy reasons. Refunds may be granted beyond this period in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.
To request a refund, follow the steps provided on our Support Page. Instructors acknowledge that students have the right to refunds. Refund credits will be applied to your next purchase on our website but are not usable on mobile or TV applications. Refund credits may expire if not used within the specified period and have no cash value unless otherwise required by law. Abuse of the refund policy, such as excessive refunds or consuming significant content before requesting a refund, may result in denial of refunds, restriction from future refunds, account banning, or restricted use of services. Banned accounts or disabled content access due to Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines violations are not eligible for refunds. More details are available on our Support Page.
4. Gift and Promotional Codes
Gift and promotional codes may be offered and redeemed for credits on your Aves Digital Academy account, which can be used to purchase eligible content. These codes and credits may not be used for mobile or TV application purchases and may expire if not used within the specified period. Refunds for gift and promotional codes are not available in cash unless specified in the code terms or required by law. Codes from partners are subject to the partner's refund policies. Aves Digital Academy determines the application of multiple saved credit amounts towards purchases. Additional details are available on our Support Page and in the terms included with your codes.
